Gala Dinner Fundraising
On the evening of Jan 27, 2012, Gala Dinner–“2012 Dragon Feast” Fundraiser, was being held Grand Dynasty Seafood Restaurant in Burnaby by Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Vancouver to raise funds for the annual activities of the Chinese Cultural Centre and the new Chinese schools in Coquitlam.
As Chairman of CCCICA, Mr. David Teng, also the Chief Honorary Chairman of this Gala Dinner ,donated CAD$ 10,000 for this event.
In his speech, David Teng very much appreciated what the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Vancouver had contributed to the pluralism of the society , and called upon active participation for the new immigrants in the cultural activities, services and membership and volunteer programs to expand Chinese culture.
