The fourth Member Congress of China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs(CFOCE) was being held in Beijing on January 8, 2013，which witnessed more than 500 people from different delegates of 39 countries and regions.

Li Yuanchao, the Member of Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and Wan Gang, the Vice President of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference were present at the conference hosted by Li Jun, President of All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese.

David Teng, Chairman of CCCICA, was invited to attend this conference as one of top ten representatives with the privilege to be present at the rostrum. Chen Kaijun,Chen Shaohong and Yang Xianbiao . Vice Chairmen of CCCICA, all showed up at this conference upon invitation.

Li Yuanchao extended cordial greetings to all the returned overseas Chinese on the conference and hoped that all the Chinese people at home and abroad should contribute their wisdom and diligence together to achieving the national rejuvenation of the Chinese dream. He also pointed out overseas Chinese entrepreneurs had been playing an important role in China’s economy and development for decades. The grand blueprint to build a well-off society provides new opportunities for their business both in domestic and international market. They are kind of facilitator, participants and partners to assist domestic enterprises, “going out” .

Li Jun, President of All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese expressed his wishes for this conference and CFOCE as well ,that CFOCE would certainly add glamorous glories up to the success of China’s rejuvenation by sticking to the theory of “rhetoric mouths fail a country while pragmatic hands revitalize a country,” and taking actively part in every aspect of China’s development.
