Chairman of ACFROC Meets with CCCICA Delegation in Beijing

Lin Jun ,Chairman of All China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese(ACFROC) , extended a warm welcome to arrival of CCCICA delegation led by David Teng, in early August,2012.

During the meeting with ACFROC,David Teng interpreted CCCICA as a not-for-profit association aimed to promote exchange and collaboration both at governmental and corporate level between China and Canada by providing services in consultation, training and guidance to Chinese as well as Canadian enterprises on their development, merging and expanding.

David Teng also depicted that the main purpose of this visit is to invite any domestic governments, institutions and enterprises that have incentive to expand their business abroad or get up-to-date information about international cooperation to attend 2012 Canada-China Investment Summit(CCIS), which would be held in October this year.

By setting up a platform as illustrated above, the summit hopefully would implement the policy of “going abroad to explore more opportunities” in some specific areas of economic complementarity and cooperation, enhancing bilateral cooperation in trade and investment, and eventually bring about mutual benefit to the two countries in the long term.

At the same time, he expressed the appreciation for taking this opportunity to invite ACFROC rep. to attend the summit, which will definitely exert a positive impact on this event.

After the presentation by David Teng regarding CCIS, Li Jun concluded that as one of the overseas members of ACFROC, Mr.Teng had contributed a lot of concrete innovations to “domestic enterprises going out” and consequences had proved to be promising and beneficial. ACFROC would do whatever it could to help solve the problems or difficulties that may arise during the transnational collaborations.
